D & L Energy is an Ohio corporation formed in 1986. The company’s associated entities are engaged in natural gas and oil exploration, production, and marketing, primarily in Ohio & Pennsylvania.

D&L Energy owns substantial interests in entities that provide surveying, well servicing and maintenance, excavation and well site preparation, comprehensive drilling, fracturing, and completion services, and an energy-hedging group that minimizes risks associated with fluctuations in energy pricing. Such vertical integration benefits investors because they will not be dependent upon third-party subcontractors to perform these essential services in a timely fashion.

D&L Energy is the management company for all of the oil & gas wells and subsequent production.  Our team consists of a lease acquisition department, production department and distribution department.  

D&L Energy also oversees all drilling operations and coordination of various stages and responsibilities involved in completing a well and also manages and maintains all records.
